A day at the seaside

There’s only one way to discover Bridlington and that’s by the Land Train. Running from one side of the resort to the other, up through the clifftops to Sewerby Hall (we’ll head there next), it’s the perfect way to travel and take in picturesque views.
Steeped in history and set up on the clifftops in 50 acres of parkland, Sewerby Hall and Gardens offers something for all the family. The Zoo, which houses a number of fascinating creatures including penguins and lemurs, will keep children of all ages entertained. Because let’s be honest, who doesn’t love the zoo?
There’s also a children’s adventure playground, nine-hole pitch and putt golf course, crown green bowling and numerous historical spots to stumble on.
The Yorkshire Belle
Discover Bridlington and its surrounding areas by water with a trip on board the Yorkshire Belle. Offering relaxing cruises to Flamborough Head and Bempton Bird Sanctuary it provides a unique opportunity to see and photograph close-up views of the stunning cliffs, lighthouse and caves.
For history lovers, Bayle Museum will be of great interest. The Grade I listed Building is a thing of pure beauty and is steeped in history. Take a tour of the amazing building, you won’t be disappointed.
